BHR HollyWood Reports The parents-to-be reportedly plan to expand the 10,000 square-foot property to include a gym, movie theater, full hair and makeup salon, bowling alley, basketball court, and indoor and outdoor pool.

With a baby on the way, it only makes sense Kim Kardashian and Kanye West would be looking to move in together.

The happily unmarried couple is buying a $10.75 million mansion in Bel Air, Calif., (BHR) has learned. The couple is in the escrow stage of buying the property, according to a source.

Kardashian, 32, and West, 35, are planning to rennovate the 10,000 square-foot property, a source close to the deal told HollyWood Media.
