The Dallas Cowboy Linebacker Josh Brent
Has Been Charge with manslaughter

BHR HollyWood Reports A Dallas County grand jury has officially charged Dallas Cowboys Defensive Lineman Josh Bren with Intoxication Manslaughter in the December 8 crash that killed teammate Jerry Brown.  Brown’s mother has told the Dallas Cowboys team that she still supports Brent.

On December 9, Brent was released from jail following the horrific crash along Highway 114 in Irving, Texas, that resulted in Jerry Brown’s death. December 9 was also the day that Brent was due to start in the game against the Cincinnati Bengals.

There has been no trial date set in Brent’s case.

The Cowboys has not released a statement concerning the indictment as of yet.  Brent had been placed on the Cowboys inactive roster, and remains a member of the Dallas Cowboys.
