BHR HollyWood Reports Chief Keef's GBE group mate Lil Reese has a lot to answer for after disgusting footage of the rapper physically assaulting a woman has surfaced online.

The rapper can be seen in the video which was filmed a mobile phone, having an argument with a woman in a house before she attempts to punch him. Reese then hits the unknown woman in retaliation while a third party tries to intervene and keep them apart.

It's not long before the situation turns extremely physical and Reese can be seen lunging at the woman, backing her against the wall and repeatedly raining down punches on her. The woman can then be seen laying on the floor as Reese continues to attack her and stomp on her face, even jumping on her at one point as she screams for help.

However, Reese says the disturbing video is actually old and blasts people for trying to bring him down on his rise to fame.

"The haters tryna see a mf Dwn lol Dey gotta b broke and bored wanna upload sum shit from years ago damnn we winnin it's 2 late...‪#3hunna," Reese tweeted.

"Dis wat doin betta den da next mf bring small shit it's nothin time 2 turn Uppp fuck it...‪#3hunna."
Rather than address the severity of the attack with seriousness, fellow Chicago rapper Lil Mouse joked about the footage on Twitter.

"#WouldYouRather take the A-town stomp to the face by Lil reese or The uppercut from the bus driver?" Mouse tweeted.
