Tyler Perry Flaunts 30lb Weight Loss On 'Men's Health' Cover

Tyler Perry Flaunts 30lb Weight Loss

Tyler Perry has landed himself the cover of Men's Health after shedding 30lbs for his starring role in Alex Cross.

The 43-year-old made the cover of the November issue of Men’s Health following his amazing weight-loss of 30 pounds for role as a detective in the film Alex Cross.

Looking Good Tyler.. Whats The Secret?
“I walk into a room with a lot more confidence. All my life I've tried to hide my height. I was taller than everybody else and stood out, so I would slouch and try to hide it,” he told the magazine.

“But with what I've been able to do with my body, I’m owning it. I'm standing up when I walk into a room,” Tyler added.
Last month, the director, producer and actor announced with Oprah Winfrey that he will be producing a series of sitcom shows for her OWN network.

Working with a trainer to drop the 30lb and add muscle through a tough work out and eating regime for his starring role in the movie version of James Patterson novel ‘Alex Cross’ – It couldn't have been more worth it!

“I feel it’s OK to be thought of as sexy,” he told the magazine.

Sounds like a whole new Tyler Perry.
