According to TMZ, the 'Climax' singer is unimpressed with his ex-wife's "vile" attempts to drag everyone back into court.
The mother-of-four had filed for a retrial after Usher won primary custody of their sons last month, claiming the judge over the case had received campaign contribtuions from the singer's lawyer and was biased during the trial.
However, Usher has hit back calling Tameka's motion for a new trial "an assault on the integrity of the court."The website also reports that Usher claims Tameka's actions to file the motion "constitutes a continuum of [her] vile and unsupported claims that every person who dared testify against her … is biased and tainted."
