She Not Giving Up!!!! Wow..Usher's Ex Tameka Foster Is Denied Custody Retrial

BHR HollyWood Report Tameka Foster has been denied a retrial for the primary custody of her two boys with Usher.

TMZ.com has reported that the ex-wife of the 'Climax' star was denied a retrial for a custody hearing after filing papers earlier this month on the grounds that the judge was biased following Usher's lawyers' donation to her re-election campaign.

On August 24, the Confessions hitmaker won full custody of the pairs' two boys, Usher V, 4 and Naviyd, 3 from his two year marriage to his former stylist Tameka Foster.

Foster's retrial papers were denied by a judge on the claim that the donations made by Usher's solicitor was made public since 2008.

Usher recently opened up about the turbulent custody battle with his ex and their marriage breakdown on his interview with Oprah on her The Next Chapter series.

Sources close to Tameka told TMZ that the 41-year-old will not give up on her appeal and will try to fight the custody decision again.
