Sean Kingston Owes $70k After Trashing Mansion

BHR HollyWood Report Sean Kingston is having to pay out a whopping $70,000 to his landlord after trashing his mansion.

Kingston took a beating in court, after he allegedly trashed a Miami mansion, and according to TMZ a judge has ordered him to pay up to $77,000 in damages.

It’s reported both Kingston and his mother were sued for the $25,000 a month home, for claims that they broke their lease agreement by moving in early and left it a mess.

The suit claims that the pair caused over $20,000 in damages including broken landscaping lights, sprinklers, and even holes in the wall!

Kingston never responded to the lawsuit, so the a judge entered a default judgment against the singer this month -- ordering him to the damages.
