Usher Request To Postpone Tameka Foster Custody Trial Denied

BHR HollyWood Reports Ushers' request to have the custody case between him and ex-wife Tameka Raymond postponed due to the death of her son Kile Glover has been denied.

The ‘Climax’ singer who had requested for the custody hearing over his two sons Usher Raymond V and Naviyd to be postponed claiming it is causing stress for himself, Tameka and their two sons following the death of his 11-year-old stepson has been denied by a judge.

"A judge in Fulton County, GA has now ruled, saying the case will go as planned and Usher will once again take the stand," TMZ reports.

Tameka recently released a statement claiming she was originally "content with the joint custody" before Usher contested it, but will have to attend trial again from August 13 to hear the verdict.

Hopefully the former couple will come to some agreement best for themselves and their children.
