BHR HollyWood Reports Halle Berry is said to be providing plently of evidence in her court case to decide whether see can relocate to France with her daughter, Nahla.

The Cat Woman actress is fighting her baby daddy, Gabriel Aubry, so that she can move to France with their daughter and her actor fiance, Olivier Martinez.

According to TMZ, the beauty, who is due in court today, will be using her heated altercation with a photographer and Gabriel Aubry's questionable fathering skills as ammunition to fight her relocation case.

Sources close to Gabriel have told the website that they know Halle Berry's lawyer Stephen Kolodny will set his sights on him, painting him as a "lousy human being".
