Drake, Rick Ross & More To Star In Jay-Z's 'Made In America' Movie
BHR HollyWood Reports Jay-Z will be making a movie compiled of footage taken during his forthcoming concert series, Made In America.
The hip-hop mogul will be the focus of the documentary, which is being produced by Oscar award-winning duo, Ron Howard and Brian Grazer. According to the NY Post, the pair will be creating the mini-movie using Jay-Z's perspective and the gruelling process of putting the shows together.
"The festival showcases 20 pre-eminent artists that speak to the new generation. I am producing the film with Steve Stoute and Jay. Ron is directing. It is going to be born through Jay-Z’s perspective . . . how he puts the event together," Grazer told Page Six.
"Jay stayed the king for a very long time . . . I can’t even begin to explain how he is capable of remaining relevant. He is a phenom, like a musical Michael Jordan," he added.
Made In America will be taking place on September 1st and 2nd in Philadelphia and includes a star-studded line-up with the likes of Frank Ocean, Rick Ross and Drake taking to the stage. I'm Big Blac this is your BHR HollyWood Report
