Dr. Dre The Only Hip-Hop Artist To Make Forbes Rich List!

BHR HollyWood Report Dr. Dre is the only hip-hop artist to be listed in the Forbes’ annual highest paid celebrities list.

The Aftermath Entertainment boss sits at number five and shares the top slots with the likes of Oprah who is number one with $165 million.

The coveted list only selects 21 people, and it reported that Dr. Dre earned a whopping $110 million in the last calendar year – dwarfing his competition.

Fellow hip hop CEO’s such as P. Diddy and Jay-Z, who regularly frequent hip-hop rich lists, did not make the cut.

The large amount of money that Dr. Dre earned this past year, is mainly due to his globally popular Beats by Dre Headphones. The Headphones are now the ultimate music lover's must-have and a musician’s first choice.
