Lord Finesse Suing Mac Miller For $10 Million Over Sampled Track Ouch!

Digging in The Crates founder and producer Lord Finesse is reportedly suing Mac Miller for a whopping $10 million for reportedly using the beat to his 1995 track 'Hip 2 the Game,' which the hip-hop veteran claims help launch the 20-year-old indie rapper's career.
Robert "Lord Finesse" Hall is also suingDatPiff.com, the website which initially made the mixtape available for download upon its release, as well as the independant label of Rostrum Records which signed Miller in 2010.
Apparently the song 'Kool Aid & Frozen Pizza' off Mac's 2010 album K.I.D.S. sampled Lord's 1996 instrumental 'Hip 2 Da Game.'
"This is a case about a teenage rapper--Mac Miller--copying the music from a song written, produced and performed by Lord Finesse, a hip hop legend, changing the title and then distributing it under his own name in order to launch his music career," states a complaint filed by Lord Finesse's lawyers.
The suit alleges "copyright infringement, unfair competition, unjust enrichment, interference, deceptive trade practices, and a number of related state law claims."
Finesse filed the paper work just this past Monday with the New York federal courts.
Mac’s 'Kool Aid & Frozen Pizza' counts over 24 million views on YouTube, while his K.I.D.S.mixtape has been downloaded over 500,000 times.   I'm Big Blac this is your BHR HollyWood Reports
