Jamie Foxx Praises 'Courageous' Frank Ocean On 'Coming Out'

Jamie Foxx is the latest celebrity to express their support for Frank Ocean after he came out of the closet earlier this month.

Two weeks since the Odd Future star opened up about his sexuality in a letter that sent shock waves throughout the entire music industry, the Django Unchained actor has praised his bravery.
"When I heard that he came out, I thought, ‘Courageous, hooray for him. It’s just the beginning," the actor told MTV News.

"I have several friends who live in darkness and live in fear and it’s just time."
Joining the likes of Beyonce, Busta Rhymes, Ne-Yo and even hip-hop mogul Russell Simmon, the Dreamgirls actor added himself to the list of celebrities to give the 'Bad Religion' singer the "ok" after some have been less accepting.

Foxx said: "Elton John did it. For Frank Ocean to do it and be hip-hop and black, he’s breaking ground and kudos to him."

"At the end of the day, his music is for everybody." I'm Big Blac this is your BHR HollyWood Report
