Webbie Gives 'Drugged Up' Speech At Lil Phat's Funeral? Sounding Crazy!

Webbie gave a speech at his boy Lil Phat's funeral which sounded like he was high on something.

The rapper went into a barely coherent three-minute speech, while sniggers could be heard in the congregation.

Lil Phat was murdered earlier in the month outside a hospital when a unidentified person fired multiple shots at his car.

The two were best friends as well as labelmates and after his death Webbie posted the touching tribute on Twitter:

"RIP TO MY LIL BROTHER PHAT! LIFE SO F**KED UP! TRILL4LIFE. YOU STUPID BI***ES THINK DEATH A JOKE UNTIL YOU LOSE SOMEBODY YOU LOVE! #RIPLILPHAT"
