Reggie Bush To Attend Court During Kim Kardashian Divorce Trial? Getting Messy...

Kris Humphries is planning to subpoena Reggie Bush to court during the trial for his divorce from Kim Kardashian, it has been revealed.

The Brooklyn Nets player is hoping to prove that his 72-day marriage to the reality star was fraudulent on her part and believes the help of her ex-boyfriend Reggie will benefit his argument.

"There were reports late last year that Kim was considering getting back together with Reggie, and his lawyers would like to know what she said to him about the divorce, and her decision to file for divorce," a source told RadarOnline.

In retaliation, Kim is said to be dragging Kris' ex-girlfriend Myla Sinanaj to court on her behalf, while the baller may also issue a subpeona to Kim's current boyfriend KanyeWest.

Kim dated Reggie on and off for three years before finally calling it quits in 2010.
