NBA To Investigate Amar'e Stoudemire's Homophobic Twitter Post

The NBA are investigating a homophobic tweet posted by Amar'e Stoudemire to a fan on Twitter.
The New York Knicks baller fired the derogatory shot at one of his followers after they criticised his b-ball skills.
Fan Brian Ferelli tweeted that the star "better come back a lot stronger and quicker to make up for this past season."
The player shot back: "F** you! I don’t have to do any thing f****t."
Once the tweet had garnered interest on Twitter and blew up on the sports blogDeadspin.com, Amar'e issued an apology:
"I apologize for what I said earlier. I just got off a plane and had time to think about it."
"Sorry bro!! No Excuses. Won’t happen again."
In 2011, NBA Commissioner David Stern hit LA Lakers star Kobe Bryant with a $100,000 fine after using the same word against a referee during a game.  I'm Big Blac this is your BHR HollyWood Report
