Lauryn Hill Pleads Guilty To Tax Evasion! Faces Three Years In Prison...





Lauryn Hill has pleaded guilty to a charge of knowingly failing to pay her taxes.
The 'Doo Wop (That Thing)' singer arrived at the court in Newark, New Jersey earlier today where she pled guilty to three counts of failure to file taxes between the years of 2005 and 2007 when it is thought she earned more than $1.8 million.
When the judge asked Lauryn if she intentionally and willingly failed to file the tax returns, she replied "yes."
In addition to the three years of prison time, Lauryn could face a fine of $75,000. She has been released on $150,000 bail and is due to return to court for sentencing in November.  I'm Big Blac this is your BHR HollyWood Report
Soon after news broke that she has failed to pay the IRS, Lauryn wrote an open letter to her fans promising to rectify the problem.
