Gabriel Aubry Pleads With Halle Berry Not To Take Nahla To France Feeling Desperate...

Gabriel Aubry is so desperate for Halle Berry not to move to France with his daughter Nahla that he is trying to convince her to move to a gated community in Malibu.

The Oscar award-winning actress is preparing to relocate to Paris with her fiance Olivier Martinez because she is fed up of being pursued by the paparrazi. Halle also fears for Nahla's safety after photographers tried to take pictures of her outside her school last month.

"Gabriel’s lawyers will discuss the idea of Halle moving to Malibu permanently at the custody trial," a close source told RadarOnline.com.

"She already has a house there and she never seems to have any problems with the paps photographing her in a bikini with Nahla."

The source also added: "If Halle truly feared for her safety she could hire a bodyguard to fend off any potential problems."

"Moving to another country to get away from them doesn’t make sense to Gabriel. Yes, Halle is followed at times, but she isn’t Princess Diana!”

The warring exes will face each other in court in two weeks to decide Nahla's future.
